Green Cardamom
Whole pods in 6-7 mm, 7-8 mm and 8 mm+ size grades, plus rejection grades. Used in Arabic coffee and tea.

Size grades and rejection grades
During grading, dried cardamom pods are sorted by size using sieves. Pods within a size band that have visual or structural flaws are separated into rejection grades. These flaws may include dull, faded or uneven colour, minor shrivelling, surface marks, minor damage, and pods that have split or opened during processing.
The rejection label describes the condition of the pods; the millimetre band describes their size. Rejection grades are available in the same 6-7 mm, 7-8 mm and 8 mm+ bands.
Colour
Deep green: rich, vibrant green pods with consistent colour within the lot. Pale or light green: mature, intact pods with a lighter green appearance. Yellowish-green: pods with reduced green colour, quoted according to your requirements.
